All designs on the Happy Face Design Shop are copyright. Please do not download them for your own personal or commercial use.

Only submit photos and images that you have permission to use.

Photo Content Policy

Banned content

We reserve the right to reject any content that we believe contains or promotes any of the following:

• Illegal activities of any form
• Hate speech
• Harassment, bullying or threats
• Child exploitation
• Sexually explicit material
• Violence
• Drug related material
• Terrorism

In addition, if we believe that you may be breaking any laws by producing such content we may take action to notify the relevant authorities.
